Nutrition! As a reminder, all nutrition goals are going to be different per person and body. Some of these values are an estimated portion size without measuring ie. the chicken breast chunks. I generally aim for 0.8-1g of protein per my body weight to ensure I'm providing my muscles the energy they need to keep seeing progress from lifting weights!

The purpose of listing the nutrition is for others who are interested in trying a meal/recipe have a basis of those totals, they are not intended to guide an entire day's target calorie goal.
