We flipped her car back over, then took it for a drive!
Emily was heading out for a run along the Metolious River when she slid on the ice and rolled her Toyota 4Runner into the ditch. Luckily she was unharmed and able to get a ride back to town from a passing car. The next day I picked her up and took her back out to her flipped back over and towed to town with the 4x4 wrecker. After a little bit of winching, and a lot of sliding on the ice, I got it back on the road and loaded up to go to town. She wanted it to go to a shop to get a full inspection beyond just the accident damage, so that she could better make a decision on what to do with it when her insurance company came to look at the car. Since most shops around here are booked out for weeks at the soonest, I called Nate at @elitefleetautomotive9181
and sweet talked him into getting it in first thing the next morning (sorry Sevrin).
Jordan went through the engine and all the fluids to make sure everything was good to start it up, then gave it a full chassis inspection as well to see what else it needed or would need in the near future. Then Nate and I took it for a test drive where we were amazed how little it was affected by the crash. The only real damage it had was a dented fender and a broken mirror.
