Watch this mama dog go from protective to so trusting. Meet Muffin – Stray Rescue of St.Louis

So many people called us about this dog over the last few weeks. So many neighbors put food out for her. We KNOW she and her puppies are alive today because so many kind people kept her fed and called with sightings. 

We finally found her hideout and her puppies. She gave a warning growl, but never lunged. She is the kindest, gentlest mama. Her babies are going to foster now, they are too old to keep nursing. Mama Muffin is ready to go to foster now too, where she can get endless massages and spoiling. She did it. The stressful living nightmare is over. 
What a strong, brave, selfless girl. We are in awe of her strength.
