"A video has gone viral of a crazy, rock-throwing guy in Moline, Illinois destroying property all over town before “Golf Cart Guy” takes care of business.
For some reason there was a guy throwing rocks at homes in Illinois. A person caught the guy on video doing it and was recording other homeowners confront the rock tossing vandal.
The guy seems to ignore everyone and continue to throw rocks and large stones through windows of the homes…that is until Golf Cart Guy arrives on scene."
