The customer isn't always right! That's right! I said it! Customers come in frequently & mispronounce things! We try not to be rude when/ if we correct them,  but we're gonna start this series of videos showing the most popular mispronunciations We hear in the gun shop.  We also hear "Smith & Western" alot... Just do research before you go on the gun shop if you don't know how to pronounce,  just ask.  it's always better than sounding silly! lol
