Still NO ARREST In Shanquella Robinson Death. Family Demands Biden Admin Intervene | Roland Martin
The family of a North Carolina woman killed while on vacation in Mexico is demanding "high-level diplomatic intervention" to get justice.
At a press conference this morning, Shanquella Robinson's family, supporters, and their attorneys say the Biden administration needs to step in so the woman charged in her death can be extradited. Here's some of what was said at that press conference.
Last month a group of supporters marched to a Charlotte, North Carolina post office to mail hundreds of pink letters asking Mexican authorities to do more to arrest the person or persons responsible for Shanquella's death.
In November, Mexican officials began investigating the incident as a homicide.
A warrant for one of the people on vacation with Robinson has been issued, but no arrest has been made.
