Replacing the BLADE on a Motor Grader | John Deere 770GP

This grader blade has much bigger problems than we thought and the entire blade needs to be replaced! This is a John Deere 770GP motor grader and the blade structure is extremely worn out so we’re going to be replacing the entire blade. We show the step by step process to remove the old blade and install the new one. We also replace all the blade guide inserts and have to do some modifications for the GPS pole bracket to fit the new blade. After removing the old blade and seeing the extent of the damage we were very happy with the decision to replace it for a new one!
