My Professional Fishing Career

I never know if I should talk about the story or the recipe when I make these types of videos… but today I’m talking about the recipe.

Spicy salmon (or tuna) is probably the most fool proof way to start enjoying raw fish at home. Since it’s all chopped up and mixed with a bunch of ingredients, you don’t need to worry about slicing a specific way and it always comes out good. Mayo, sriracha and sesame oil are pretty much all you need. Mix it up and pair with some nori/rice, and you’re good to go. Just make sure you start with sashimi grade salmon.

Feel free to get really creative with it as well. This time I made homemade mayo and added chili crisp instead of sriracha for the kick, along with some fresh wasabi that I found at a market.

You might have also noticed that I’ve been a lot less active on here recently. But it’s for a good reason! I’ve been working on an exciting project and I can’t wait to share more info on it very soon (this weekend!). First person to get Thanks for the continued support!!
