My wife and I spotted this house and saw it was all boarded up with 5 notes from the city posted on the front. The lawn was getting crazy overgrown so I thought I would talk to the neighbor to get some more information. She told me it has been condemned by the city because it is unsafe. The homeowner died a few years ago and his heirs have never come to by to fix it up. She also said the grass gets so overgrown sometimes that it gets really unsafe for traffic trying to turn the corner. So, I got it cleaned up and looking great again for the neighborhood!
