1. AMRIT’S HOME
ADDRESS: Sonapur

🇮🇳DEXI PITHA: Grind the rice grains and mix with coconut well, then stream it on top of some water for 5-10 minutes until fully cooked.

🇮🇳DAAL/LENTILS: Wash lentils, add some water to a pot, and boil the lentils well for 15 minutes. Add salt, turmeric, chili, and other spices. Cook it for 30 minutes.

🇮🇳PURI: Make flour into dough, roll it, and deep fry it in oil. 

🇮🇳STICKY RICE: soak in water overnight and steam for 30 minutes. 

🇮🇳SUJI

🇮🇳SILKWORM PUPAE FRY: Wash it, break the silkworm in half, and boil it for 10 minutes. Fry until dry in mustard oil.

2. PADMA’S FAMILY HOME

🇮🇳INTESTINE FRY WITH BLOOD: To a pot, add mustard oil, onions, chili, ginger, and salt. Add the intestine mixed with the blood, then add salt, and turmeric powder and cook for 30 minutes. 

🇮🇳WATER BEETLE FRY: Fry the water beetles in mustard oil for 15 minutes and add salt to taste. 

🇮🇳GOAT IN BAMBOO: Season the goat with onions, chili, ginger and garlic paste, salt, cinnamon, cardamom, and Kasiduria leaves. Add water into the bamboo tube, then the goat meat and stuff into the tube. Close the tube with Naoria leaves.

🇮🇳GOAT HEAD MASALA: Separate the tongue and ears along with the intestine. Season the head with onions, and mixed spices such as cinnamon, black pepper, cumin, and cardamom. Add fresh green chili and chili paste, Kasiduria leaf, and sawtooth. Boil the head for 1 hour.
