During the big airport battle between Team Cap and Team Iron Man, there is a moment where Falcon and Iron Man fly towards each other and Falcon attacks him with Red Wing. But, if you look closely, Tony Stark did have his own attack in mind. If you pause it just right as Tony is hit, you can see a net that he had deployed to capture Falcon, but Red Wing’s attack ruined his aim. This attack style lines up with Tony saying how his original plan was to go easy on Team Cap.
