Closing arguments made in sexual assault civil case against Trump

Correction: The jury will be given instructions on May 9, so the case will be "in the jury's hands" after that point, not on May 8 as indicated in the introduction of this segment. 

The jury will soon get the case in E. Jean Carroll’s civil trial against former President Trump. After two weeks of testimony from Carroll and a handful of other witnesses, lawyers for both sides presented closing arguments Monday as jurors weigh whether or not to hold Trump liable for rape and defamation. Lisa Desjardins discussed the case with Andrea Bernstein.
