Carlee Russell found alive: Alabama woman vanished after stopping to help toddler | LiveNOW from FOX

Carlee Russell vanished after calling 911 and her family to report that she stopped to help a toddler wandering along Interstate 459 in Hoover, Alabama on Thursday night.

Hoover police said Russell has been found and showed up at her parents' home on Saturday night, 48 hours after her reported disappearance.

Russell has been taken to the hospital and was "in shock," according to police.
