California Storm Updates: Some ski resorts close, roads flood and more impacts

Northern California is dealing with the impacts Friday from the first atmospheric river in a series to hit Northern California in the coming days.  At least two people have been confirmed dead during the storms and 9,400 people are under evacuation orders, state officials said.
