Authorities are now searching for a boater who possibly tried to run over a herd of sea lions. Michael Brady was recording from a dock in Portland, Oregon, with his daughter by his side. That's when he saw a person aim a boat straight toward the herd of sea lions in the Columbia River. Sea lions are federally protected, which means it's illegal to harass, hunt or kill the marine mammal. If the boater is found guilty, they could face a $28,000 fine and up to a year in jail.
