In 2016, Isaac Moore had gone out drinking with friends to celebrate getting a new job and after downing 6 pints he left the bar and decided it would be a good laugh to climb the fire escape on the side of the Barclay bank which eventually led him to the glass roof of the Grand Arcade Shopping Center.
