Candied Bacon Salmon Board

People are always surprised when I tell them smoked salmon is one of my favorite things to come off the smoker. All you have to do is season (cure) the day before with salt & brown sugar then smoke over a low temp for stunning results.

This is a slightly more advanced variation of smoked salmon but it’s highly flexible. If you don’t have time to “cure” the salmon overnight it will still come out great, or if you have an oven and not a smoker then that totally works too.
