FACTS   -   The scene where Barbie carefully balances on her tiptoes as she removes her heels, is a nod to the traditional Barbie doll's body molds. Before 2015, Barbie dolls were designed with feet that could only fit high heels, even if the doll didn't come with shoes or accessories, such as the beach-themed Barbie dolls. However, since then, Barbie Fashionista dolls were introduced with flat feet, allowing them to wear flat shoes.
By the way all the buzz about the perfectly arched feet being a body double is FALSE. Margot Robbie has confirmed it's all her, after about 8 takes and a bar to hold onto.
