“Banging” sounds heard in search area for missing Titanic tour submersible #shorts

A 'banging' sound has reportedly been heard in the search for a missing tourist submersible that disappeared while exploring the Titanic's wreckage.

Rolling Stone has reported that Canadian Navy aircraft searching for the sub picked up a banging sound on sonar not far from where the vessel went missing, according to a leaked document that has not been verified.

The aircraft reportedly heard banging sounds in 30-minute intervals and when they deployed sonar four hours later, the banging was "still heard".

The submersible, named Titan, is carrying five people with around 40 hours of oxygen remaining.
