Truck fire causes portion of I-95 to collapse in Northeast Philadelphia

A truck fire caused a portion of I-95 to collapse in Northeast Philadelphia Sunday morning. Governor Josh Shapiro said he will issue a disaster declaration Monday to immediately start a rebuild for the highway which is expected to take “some months” to complete.
