Parenting alone is so hard, and then, when we throw in divorce, break ups, and more unexpected situations that we all deal with as parent. It can be hard to navigate. It has taken me years of sobriety and growth as a woman and mother to get to where I am today , and I still have so much work to do. At the end of the day, we’re all doing the best we can, and we all deserve a break. Be proud of yourself, and be sure to take good care of YOU first 🫶🏽
