China calls for calm after second surveillance balloon discovered

Not one but two Chinese spy balloons have now been spotted - the first is now flying over the US state of North Carolina - and President Biden says the US will "take care of it".  (Subscribe: https://bit.ly/C4_News_Subscribe) 

Meanwhile, the Pentagon has confirmed that another one has been seen over Latin America. 

There's been an apology from Beijing - which claimed the first balloon was a weather 'airship' which just happened to blow off course. 

But the diplomatic crisis is deepening.
